Refund policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Due to the nature of our products (food items), returns are only accepted for unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns for opened or used food products unless required by law.
